In consideration of the permission to participate in the Angels’ Place Photo Outdoor Scavenger Hunt, and the below listed members agree to release and hold harmless Angels’ Place, Inc. and the agents and employees thereof from any and all liability for personal injury, death, property damage or loss, or any other loss resulting from or arising out of my participation in the Angels’ Place Photo Outdoor Scavenger Hunt. Participation in the Angels’ Place Photo Outdoor Scavenger Hunt includes, but is not limited to the risk of death or serious injury such as driving to/from various locations in the Pittsburgh and surrounding area, or the conduct of other participants, including their negligence or willful misconduct. I certify that I will abide by all rules and regulations of the Angels’ Place Photo Outdoor Scavenger Hunt. I further acknowledge that failure to abide by all safety rules and the direction of the Angels’ Place, Inc. staff or volunteers may result in my being disqualified from participating in the event and forfeiting eligibility for event prizes. I also agree to release Angels’ Place Inc. and other sponsors of the event from any and all liabilities, claims, and causes of action, based on or arising from negligence or gross negligence on the part of the Angels’ Place Inc. and its agents and employees. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the provisions of this release and understand that it is binding upon myself and my assigns, heirs, executors, beneficiaries, family members, and derivative claimants. I further acknowledge that I have no medical history or condition that would preclude me from participating in the Angels’ Place Photo Outdoor Scavenger Hunt. Limitations of Liability: Each participant agrees (i) to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of Angels’ Place Inc. which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Scavenger Hunt, and (ii) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Angels’ Place Inc., the City of Pittsburgh and Co-Sponsors from any & all claims, actions, and/or liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or for entry into the Angels’ Place Photo Outdoor Scavenger Hunt, any related activities, or acceptance or use of any prize won.
