Providing children with the freedom to learn,
explore and grow.
Research has proven that children learn through play.
At Angels’ Place, children take part in exploring and experimenting with their environment through a variety of activities such as games, manipulative play, creative art, music and stories; all of which meet Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards.
The curriculum for all children enrolled at Angels’ Place emphasizes both literacy and math proficiency including prewriting, social studies, creative arts and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematic) activities.
Programming at Angels’ Place promotes development of the whole child – physical, social, emotional, behavioral, and intellectual. Children are assessed quarterly with the Revised Brigance Diagnostic Inventory of Early Development, Pearson’s Ounce and Work Sampling to ensure developmentally-appropriate growth.
